The Parkway School District has a history of helping children achieve their highest potential. Parkway invites success for all students through a well-rounded, challenging curriculum delivered by dedicated, highly trained teachers.
Parkway was formed in 1954 when five elementary school districts in west St. Louis County joined forces to provide secondary education. The District has continued to grow and change - expanding from a rural environment to an urban one and from a small district to one of the largest in St. Louis County.
Today, Parkway has 28 schools and an Early Childhood Center and educates approximately 20,700 students. The Parkway School District is supported by a community committed to building a model school system.
Parkway will continue to grow and change, and it will continue to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve academic, social and personal success.
