The intent of the site is to offer a means of more frequently updated information, keeping you and your neighbors more informed on news and events. If you have any ideas or information you would like to see on the site, please contact the Baxter Lakes website administrator or one of the trustees. You will notice the images on the top of the site will change every time a page is loaded. If you would like a picture of your house, yard, or other area of the subdivision added to these pictures, simply contact the Baxter Lakes website administrator for assistance.

SPECIAL NOTICE FROM CHESTERFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT (2-16-2010)
On Tuesday ( 02-16-10) during the overnight hours there were two burglaries that occurred in the Baxter Lakes Subdivision. One incident occurred in the 15500 block of Summer Ridge, where an open garage was entered and a purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in the garage. A neighbor later recovered the purse in their back yard but the wallet was missing. The other incident occurred in the 15600 block of Summer Ridge, where an open garage was entered and the suspect entered the house and stole silver from the dining room. Please notify the residents to make sure their garage doors are closed and valuables taken out of their vehicles even when they are parked in the garage. It is always a good idea to lock the door leading from the garage to inside of the residence as well. Remind them to notify the police department at any hour if they notice a suspicious person, vehicle or activity in the neighborhood. Please let me know if you have any questions.
