Our subdivision consists of Baxter Lakes Subdivision Plats 1 - 6 and Baxter Lakes Addition 1. We have approximately 142 acres, 21 of which are common ground. Within the subidivision are 309 homes, approximately three miles of streets and two lakes. Baxter Lakes is bound by a legal Indenture. Not only does the Indenture set the physical boundaries of the subdivision, it outlines the duties and responsibilities assumed by the subdivision, as well as the procedures and regulations under which the subdivision operates. This Indenture is a legally-binding document. |
